Delivery and purchase conditions

Ordering

All orders from Timosmotor.com are binding. If you wish to cancel your order, send an email manually to info@timosmotor.com with your order number immediately, DO NOT SEND VIA THE CONTACT PAGE, otherwise your order will be sent. Age limit for ordering is 18 years or guardian's consent. We also have the right to refuse purchases. We also save all IP numbers on all orders and, without exception, report false ones to the police. Orders outside Sweden go perfectly well as we take Klarna in all countries supported for them. We also accept most cards on the market.

GDPR

Timosmotor orgnr 770309-0451, with address Cederströmsgatan 1 621 39, is the personal data controller for the company's processing of personal data.

We collect and process your personal data in order to:
Be able to handle your order. The processing is carried out to deliver the order incl. notification of delivery, identify customers and check age, manage your payment, check your address and handle any complaints and warranty matters. The processing is necessary for the completion of the purchase.

Personal data that is processed is name, social security number, contact information such as address, e-mail address and phone number, IP address, payment information, and order information about which goods have been ordered.

This information stays with Timosmotor only and is not disclosed to third parties.

We store this information until the purchase is completed (including delivery and payment) and 36 months after that in order to handle any complaints and warranty matters.

You as a customer can administer your account at any time. If you have any questions, contact customer service.


Prices

All prices are stated in SEK including 25% VAT, unless otherwise stated. Timosmotor.com reserves itself for VAT changes, fees, currency changes and the like.

Shipping costs

Shipping is added to all orders that are not picked up from stock. You will be informed of the total shipping cost at checkout.


Engines complete or partially complete, alt heavy orders are sent with DHL to NORDEN (EU.


Delivery

Normally, your order is sent within 3-5 working days. An order for eg a manifold can vary, but it is usually sent 3-14 days from the time of the order, why? well, since we manufacture a lot of products ourselves, these are made in smaller series and we cannot re-rig the jigs for individual pipes. Timosmotor.com reserves the right for a longer delivery time than scheduled. You as a customer may of course cancel your order if the delivery time has become exceptionally longer after contacting Timo's engine regarding your order. For invoice customers, comments on the invoice must be made within 8 days. Fitter is responsible for checking purchased parts and function. Goods remain our property until full payment has been made.


Unclaimed packages

If you do not pick up the goods you ordered, Timosmotor will charge the unredeemed package under an amount of SEK 5,000, the customer will be charged SEK 295 over SEK 7,000 and SEK 995.

In the case of warranty and other service matters, the customer is responsible for shipping to Timosmotor and we are responsible for shipping to you as a customer. NOTE: for the warranty to be valid, you as a customer must make sure that the product is correct before assembly and that the product/s has been handled correctly according to standard and has not been subjected to high abnormal stresses than what is considered normal. For improperly handled products, there is no warranty or buyback, and it is up to Timosmotor to finally decide the warranty issue or buyback. The warranty for electronic products that require you as a customer or a third party to plug in, has no warranty, unless it is an obvious factory defect. The electronic products that we can test, such as ignition boxes, TPS sensors, etc., are always tested before delivery to the customer to ensure that the product worked before life.

Our products are intended for modification/rebuilding/trimming. Installation of trim parts should be done by a professional or carried out at your own risk/responsibility. The warranty only applies to the part itself, not parts and work around it. If the product is modified, the warranty does not apply. The warranty only applies to the buyer and the receipt or copy and must be proven. Timosmotor's responsibility is limited to replacement or repair of the part in the first place, in some cases repurchase of the part. Natural disasters like this do not apply to the warranty.

Transport damage

In case of transport damage, contact the Post directly and make a claim, also contact us at Info@timosmotor.com But remember to do this no later than 7 days after collecting the package, as the Post's guarantee does not apply after 7 days. It is important to follow Posten's rules for damaged goods. Read more at www.posten.se


Returns

According to the Consumer Act, you are entitled to a 14-day right of exchange and cancellation.


Contact us as soon as possible for return approval before sending the product. Don't forget to attach the receipt that was sent with the package and don't forget that you as the customer are responsible for the shipping or anything else agreed. If the product has packaging, this must be in org. condition, preferably not broken, the product must also not be tested. For returns that are older than 14 days, you as a customer must contact us first, otherwise no returns that are older than 14 days will be accepted. Every return must be approved by Timosmotor.

Our checkout is managed by a third party, which supports Klarna, Swish, and most payment cards (account cards on the market.
